We’re committed to delivering high-quality, freshly packed coffee.
However, due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns for opened or used coffee items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll do our best to resolve the problem by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that we do not offer refunds based on taste preferences or grind size.
